Another recipe we have are some yummy tortillas! This is definitely a go-to if I'm not sure what to make, but have a lot of cheese. You can add many things to a tortilla, salsa, chicken, lettuce, veggies etc. This recipe will help input more nutrition and foods into your child's diet, giving that yummy taste we all like. What you need 1 whole grain tortilla 1/4 cup shredded cheese (mexican, cheddar, monterey jack are all great) 2 tablespoons no salt added canned black beans, drained, rinsed & mashed 2 minced tablespoons bell pepper that have been washed & seeded How to make it Dice the peppers really small Smash the beans into a paste Mix the peppers and bean paste in a bowl and set aside Heat pan over medium heat and place one tortilla down.  Top the tortilla with about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese and bean & pepper mixture, then again shredded cheese, spreading evenly across the tortilla. Mini Pizzas! The first time my mother made these for me, my mouth was in Heaven! The recipe is an easy one, that every kid can help out with! It is smaller than actual pizzas and takes less time to cook or reheat. Perfect for a little game night dinner. What you need: English muffins Pizza sauce Shredded Cheese Toppings of your choice; mini turkey pepperonis, diced vegetables, sliced mushrooms  Parchment paper Baking sheet Oven How to bake it?? 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and put the parchment paper on the baking sheet 2. Cut the english muffins in half, to the amount of mini pizzas you want to make.  3. Spoon pizza sauce onto each muffin top and spread it out 4. Sprinkle some cheese evenly over the pizza sauce 5. Add the toppings! You can make cute little shapes or faces out of the toppings too 6. Hello! This is one out of many recipes I will share with you all. This one is my favorite, PINWHEEL WRAPS! This is an easy lunch to make for your child on the go. You can also substitute it for other healthy sandwich options like cheese, ham, turkey etc. Pinwheel Wraps are a great meal for your little ones out at daycare or preschool!  What you need: Whole Grain Tortilla Sunbutter or other nut butters Whole-fruit Jam How to make it! 1. Lay out the tortilla on a cutting board. 2. Spread sunbutter onto the tortilla. 3. Spread Jam onto tortilla. 4. Starting at one side, roll up very tightly.  5. Cut into small pieces with a serrated knife. It should end up looking like a cinnamon roll!  On the side, add a small child cup of milk or water, with thin slices of cucumbers or other small vegetables.  There ya go! Good morning everyone!  Now, usually blogs have a bunch of yappidy yappers talking about their life story to introduce the recipe.. I'll save you the hassle. My life story is.. I love cooking! I have made some other blogs about cooking easy meals for teenagers.. adults... and even college students! Now, the only thing I am missing is the itty bitty little ones.
